General Information:
- 1956 Mark 6's were produced in "Sunset Orange" & "Sand Tan," "Sarasota Blue" & "Sand Tan," "Gulf Blue" & "Marlin Blue," and "Quicksilver Green" & "Sand Tan."
- 1957 Mark 6's were produced in "Sunset Orange" & "Sand Tan," "Sarasota Blue" & "Sand Tan," and "Quicksilver Green" & "Sand Tan." Other colors are possible as well.
- 1958 Mark 6's were produced in "Sunset Orange" & "Sand Tan," all "Charcoal," "Double Red" & "Sand Tan." Other colors are possible as well.
- Model & serial numbers were on a plate riveted to the port side of the swivel bracket, just below the powerhead.
- Serial Numbers 901627 thru 1051988 were 1956 models.
- 1051993 thru 1057992 were 1957 models.
- 1128536 thru 1134535 were 1958 models.
- 1956 Mark 6 was rated 5.9 HP.
- 1957 & 58 Mark 6 was rated 6 HP.
