General Information:
- This model was painted "Mercury Green" and "Dull Aluminum."
- Model & serial numbers were on the instruction plate riveted to the front cover of the engine.
- Serial numbers 377150 to 379008 are 1949-50 models.
- It is believed that a few engines were factory made to produce more power and had "HD" stamped into the instruction plate.
