The serial number was on a plate riveted to the swivel bracket above and between the clamp screws..
Serial numbers 4366802 thru 4590511 were 1976 models.
This model was produced as a performance oriented model with a low water pickup gearcase and was Electric Starting, Short Shaft, with alternator.
